The Open GeoWeb

I posted about the GeoWeb today. I tried to keep it high level, and short Essentially, the topic is the intersection interests of the Web community with those of the Web mapping community. So, the topic may be difficult for either community to understand, in that it requires thinking from another perspective than normal. I have tried to bridge the gap as best I can.
