Discourse avatar trove?

I created an account minutes ago for the first time on a Discourse instance. And lo and behold, it has my habitual avatar by magic! How come, I wonder.

Usually that’s Gravatar kicking in based on your e-mail address. If you haven’t opened actively a Gravatar account, you might be using Wordpress.com and got one for free…
