[Proposal] WebOTP

Hey all,

We’ve been working with Safari on parts of the problem I previously described as SMS OTP Retrieval.

As a result of a stream of feedback from in person meetings (e.g. TPAC 2019) and online discussions, I believe the WebOTP design is ready to migrate into the WICG.

We also recently launched an origin trial with supportive feedback from web developers.

Could anyone who thinks this is a good direction chime in here to demonstrate sufficient interest in adopting this work into the WICG?
