Consider logical properties for DOM methods and properties

In CSS Logical Properties the spec defines alternatives of CSS properties that use the keywords height, width, top, bottom, left, right such that text direction isn’t related to position.

There are however methods and properties in DOM that use these keywords and this will be a problem in website adoption of the above properties.

Examples such as:

• element.clientTop
• element.scrollTop
• element.getClientRects
